Rice pad looks very interesting and fun but there is a few things i would like to see before i buy it.

1) itunes file sharing,or ftp method for sample upload, the ip/browser method is just no good for me, i have Gb's of samples and loading them one by one would just take to long (thats really the deal breaker for me)

2) being able to set loop points for loops,loop plays from loop point A stops at loop point B, or set it to loop between the 2.

3) a wave editor for setting loop points etc.

4) selectable folders for storing and sorting samples, folder for kicks, snares, loops, etc.

Everything else looks great.

If Ricepad has all or any of these features please let me know. Number 1 is the only one i know for sure (not owing the app yet).

Again Ricepad looks like a great sample app and i really look forward to trying it.

Keep up the good work and the updates coming and i think you will have a winner.

I'd prefer that people who didn't buy the app didn't post on this forum, but in the general questions forum, if they aren't sure about the features already implemented in Ricepad.

1) Currently there's no support for iTunes file sharing, but I will work on it. By now files can be only exchanged via browser. Only one file at a time can be downloaded from or uploaded to the app.

2) The File Player module has 4 cue buttons to store and jump between points in the file being played. Loops can be easily made with the sampler.

3) A graphical wave editor is on the to-do list, but not with a so high priority.

4) You can organize your samples as you want. However the organization of the rice packs sounds is fixed.
